How do I place an order on the website?
Add items to your cart, click “Proceed to checkout.” Fill in the delivery details, select a payment method, and confirm. You can place an order with or without registration (as a guest). The process is simple and takes a few minutes.
Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available for most goods delivered by Nova Poshta or other services. A cash on delivery fee is charged by the carrier (usually 2% + 20 UAH for Nova Poshta and 2% + 10 UAH for Ukrposhta).
How can I track the status of my order?
Log in to your personal account, go to the “My Orders” section — the current status is displayed here. The status is also sent to your email or via SMS. To track your delivery, use the TTN number on the carrier's website.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped. Contact the manager by phone, chat bot, or email. Once shipped, it cannot be changed, but you can refuse it upon receipt.
